We offer expertise in the identification and screening of the top talent in the industry. Our research and search methods can identify the top three to five candidates for any given role. In addition to identifying a "custom fit" candidate in terms of technical or customer contact expertise, we are sensitive to the cultural and personality nuances that are inherent in the corporate environment. We also specialize in complex and confidential searches. 

 

We specialize in the Aerospace & Defense and Emerging Technologies space., specifically with candidates holding security clearances ranging from Secret to TS/SCI with FS Poly.  Our contingency and retained search service includes placement of candidates for positions throughout the United States. In addition, for government officials entering the private sector, we offer interview and career coaching services to assist in the transition.

Contingent Search

  • Fee ranges from 20-30% of a successful placement’s first year annual base salary.

  • A standard approach is typically used, and resources are determined by the recruiter.

  • Contingent searches are typically used for more traditional or junior roles that do not require a specialized approach, where a search is limited to the local market, or when a client prioritizes time-to-fill and/or is looking to control costs.

Retained Search 

  • Set monthly retainer fee to conduct the search on an exclusive basis.

  • Using a highly consultative approach, we will work with the client on every aspect of the search, working cohesively with the client to build every aspect of the recruiting strategy and set a go-to-market approach designed to extract the best outcome.

  • The process includes in-depth vetting and market-mapping, and exhausts all efforts over weeks to create a shortlist of top candidates to be presented to the client for consideration.

  • Most often used for hard-to-fill positions at all levels, but are most commonly applied on senior-level mandates, from Director and above, high profile searches that have garnered the attention of senior managers or shareholders, or confidential roles.

  • The client will receive a high level of support throughout the processes, from the job description and how the interview process is designed, to salary benchmarking, negotiations over an offer and onboarding.
